This series of Workshops is designed to be taken in the order provided, with each one building upon your knowledge from the prior Workshop(s). If you need to create a writing sample for potential attorney clients (using someone else's report looks bad so you need to write your own), Workshops 4 and 5 will give you the facts of a real case you can use to write a short report.

Our 1-Day Expert Witness Training Course is taught by 3 Nursing Experts: Nurse Attorney Laurie Elston, nurse expert witness Rita Kae Restrepo BS, RN, PACU, and nurse LNC expert witness Karen Tomczak MSN, RN, CEN.
